How do I access the facility?

Every member receives a personal digital access credential. Access is restricted to authorized members only.

Is the facility monitored by CCTV?

The entire facility is monitored around the clock by a high-definition CCTV system, with footage securely recorded and stored in the cloud.

Is my motorcycle insured?

The facility has been designed and equipped in accordance with insurance industry requirements. Your personal motorcycle insurance policy remains the primary insurance coverage for your vehicle.

Can I cancel my membership?

Monthly memberships can be canceled in accordance with the applicable membership terms and conditions.

Can someone else use my parking space?

Each membership is strictly personal unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon separately.

Are electric motorcycles allowed?

Both petrol-powered and electric motorcycles are welcome at BIKEVAULT.

What happens if I lose my access card?

Your lost access credential can be deactivated immediately and replaced with a new one.
